ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior RPA and Power Apps Developer who will play a key role in developing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), a deep understanding and proficiency in building applications with Microsoft Power Apps focusing on model driven apps.

We are only accepting candidates from Lithuania or Poland. Start date: as soon as possible. The position is on T&M basis, 20-30 hours/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation. 

• Leverage expertise in Model-Driven Architecture to seamlessly integrate RPA solutions with Model-Driven Apps. 

• Generate code and documentation from models to streamline the development process. 

• Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to design and build custom applications tailored to meet business requirements. 

• Develop solutions with a focus on low-code development to enable rapid application delivery. 

• Integrate RPA solutions and Power Apps applications to create cohesive and efficient end-to-end automation solutions. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. 

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to RPA, MDA, and Power Apps. 

• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of automation initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects. 

• In-depth knowledge of Model-Driven Apps and practical experience in its application. 

• Proficiency in developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Certification in relevant RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop). 

• Familiarity with other low-code platforms and technologies. 

• Experience in process analysis, reengineering, and optimization.
