Q: Why is Reiz Tech the best place to start or build a career?

A: We are more than IT company. We provide end-to-end IT consulting services that empower businesses to optimize their technology infrastructure and achieve their strategic goals. In 2021 and 2022 we were honored with “TOP COMPANIES” award.  Our goal is to become one of the largest independent end-to-end IT system integrators and expand our activities around the world. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to provide innovative and sustainable solutions that cater to your specific business needs.

Q: What is a typical workday like?

A: At Reiz Tech, we promote a fully remote way of working which allows each talent the freedom to choose where they want to work. Our virtual workplace transcends the limitations of physical space and is not bound by geographic boundaries. Our flexible working hours allow our talents to have ownership over their schedule as well as when they standard finish their workday. This means that talents can come to work earlier or later than the set time.

Q: What is the work environment like?

A: We are the culture. We consciously and responsibly choose to create it together. At work, we are guided by personal and team responsibilities, we share principles of good practice (knowledge sharing, learning lunches, etc.) and share a sincere concern for our colleagues. We try to not only talk but also listen. We add effort to the implementation of ideas or professional development of a colleague.

Q: How do I find the salary range for a position?

A: We share the monthly gross base salary (EUR) in the job description. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position before deducting any tax. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Reiz Tech total compensation package, which may include multiple health insurance options, a learning budget, and seasonal activities, to name a few! The Recruiter will share other benefits specific to your location and role during the interview process. If the salary is not included in the job description, you can always find one of our Talent Acquisition specialists on linkedin and ask.

Q: How long does it take to complete an application?

Q: How quickly will I know if I have been successful at each stage of the hiring process?

Q: How do I prepare for an interview at Reiz Tech?

Q: Will I get feedback if I am not chosen for a position? Who will provide feedback?

Q: If I am declined during the application process, can I reapply?

A: Yes, you’re welcome to apply after 3-6 months. You can do it! Let not one decline stop you from unlocking your future!
