A: We are more than IT company. Reiz Tech is a service-based company that develops and implements effective IT system solutions. In 2021 and 2022 we were honored with the Rekvizitai.lt “TOP COMPANIES” award. In a five-year time scale, our goal is to become one of the biggest independent IT system integrators in the Baltic States and expand our activities around the world. We believe that effective teamwork, combined with the individual potential of each of our employees is our key to success.
A: At Reiz, we promote a hybrid way of working which allows each talent the freedom of choosing where they want to work. Reiz Tech's virtual workplace transcends the limitations of physical space and is not bound by geographic boundaries. Our flexible working hours allow our employees to have ownership over their schedule as well as when they standard finish their workday. This means that employees can come to work earlier or later than the set time.
A: We are the culture. We consciously and responsibly choose to create it together. At work, we are guided by personal and team responsibilities, we share principles of good practice (knowledge sharing, learning lunches, etc.), and share a sincere concern for our colleagues. We try to not only talk but to hear. We add effort to the implementation of ideas or professional development of a colleague.
A: We share the monthly gross base salary (EUR) in the job description. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position before deducting any tax. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Reiz Tech total compensation package, which may include multiple health insurance options, a learning budget, and seasonal activities, to name a few! The Recruiter will share other benefits specific to your location and role during the interview process.
