ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a versatile experienced SAP Consultant with a solid background in warehouse and transportation management systems, who thrives in dynamic, multi-vendor environments. Position is limited to EU located applicants only with minimum of 2 years of experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide SAP support activities at 2nd and 3rd level.
• Ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
• Be available for on-call support.
• Handle tickets efficiently with a ticket handling time (THT) ranging from approximately 0.5 to 2 hours.
• Work within shared delivery/mixed teams that collaborate across multiple layers of vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) module
• Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module
• Experience with SAP EM (Event Management) module
• Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) module

NICE TO HAVE (NOT MANDATORY)

• German language is a plus.
