ABOUT THE ROLE/PROJECT
Reiz Tech is currently developing a new tool - Skillit, a talent development platform. Skillit is designed to help organizations effectively grow talent. The platform allows you to assess employees' skills, create personalized learning plans, provide feedback, and track their progress.
Skillit addresses several key challenges, such as the loss of skills due to rapid technological change, retention issues, and productivity losses resulting from ineffective traditional training methods. The platform offers data-driven insights, continuous skills assessments, and AI-powered personalized learning plans to help organizations align talent development with their strategic objectives.
