How to prepare CV

Want your application to stand out? Here are some crucial things you will need to include: 

  1. Send us your best photo. 

  2. Include your work or life experience no matter how small. 

  3. Let us know how your previous experience shaped you. 

  4. Include your certifications. 

  5. Double-check your spelling. 

  6. Name the CV file correctly: Name_Surname

If your CV has all these, you just might be our next Reizer.  

How to complete homework task

Part of the recruitment process here at Reiz is our interview assignment. Though we know you may not necessarily be an expert, here are some tips to take the edge off when answering the questions: 

  1. We love creative solutions. 

  2. Our questions are open-ended, there is no right or wrong way to answer them. 

  3. We will not test you outside the scope of the role you are applying for. 

  4. The goal of this test is to know you better especially in dynamic situations. 

  5. We appreciate fast response and we take that into consideration when choosing the right Reizer.

How to prepare for English check

As some of our roles require communication in English, we will need to screen for English skills among applicant. However, there is no pressure as it will be a 15 minute verbal task that will require you too: 

  1. Share your personal thoughts. 

  2. Show your motivation. 

  3. Most importantly, be yourself.

How to prepare for the interview

Here are somethings you can do to prepare yourself for a successful interview with us: 

  1. Make sure you show up on time for your interview. 

  2. Make sure your technical devices are working well. This includes a stable internet connection, a working webcam and microphone among other essential devices. 

  3. Be sure to know when your interview is scheduled and for how long it will last. 

Most importantly, stay relaxed and be yourself.
