ABOUT THE ROLE 

Join our Sales team to support the growth of our fintech product. We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Executive to help us enter and scale in LATAM. You will own early commercial traction: building pipeline, running discovery calls, and closing pilot deals with fintechs, lenders, wallets and financial institutions.

The application is open for candidates from Mexico, Colombia and Argentina.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage LATAM sales pipeline (prospecting + inbound follow-up).

  • Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and drive them to pilot/contract.

  • Develop partner/referral channels (consultancies, integrators, legal/fintech advisors).

  • Coordinate with product/tech teams on solution design and integration scope.

  • Keep CRM clean and provide weekly pipeline reporting (stage, next steps, blockers).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent Spanish (written + spoken) and strong English.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech / SaaS / payments / lending / risk / collections.

  • Proven track record in closing deals (pilot, subscription, enterprise).

  • Comfortable with outbound sales and building pipeline from zero.

  • Ability to work independently and move fast in an early expansion stage.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience selling to banks, neobanks, wallets, lenders or PSPs in LATAM.

  • Existing network in Mexico / Colombia / Argentina (or other priority markets).

  • Portuguese is a plus.

  • Experience with API-based / integration-heavy products.
