ABOUT THE "CHANGE A PROJECT" INITIATIVE

At REIZ we believe that professional growth comes through experience and working in different environments. Above all, we want to make sure that our employees learn and succeed within our company. To achieve this, all managers and team members should talk freely and frequently about what career moves make sense for their abilities and motivations.
We created this position so that REIZ employees could express their wishes to change the project.

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inform KAM, PO, and SM of their project and Functional Team TL, once an employee sees an open position within Reiz Tech and finds that he/she is a great fit
  • Ensure proper Knowledge Transfer once the replacement is found to guarantee a smooth transition without any negative impact on the client and Leadership
  • Agree and commit to the Transition period. An employee might move to the project and still be available to support the person that replaced him/her. The transition period can last from 1 to 3 months.


LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and collaborate between the employee, Project Teams, Scrum Masters, Functional Team Leads, and Account Towers.
  • Provide employees with proper training


TIMELINES

  • Most of the time recruitment is unpredictable and it is hard to tell how long it will take to find a replacement person
  • Knowledge Transfer time must be agreed upon and signed off by Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
  • Transition Time is up to the agreement between the Account Towers and the employee. In case an agreement cannot be reached, 20 business days should be considered for the cut-off as if the person would leave the company for another employer

Requirements

  • Professional fit
  • Financial fit
  • Have been working on the same project and in the same role for at least 1 year


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The opportunity to change the project depends on many factors: contractual obligations to the client, project deliverables, project milestones, financial aspects, professional fit for the position, and replacement to be found for the employee wishing to change the project, just to mention a few key elements.

Therefore, it is important to stress that Reiz Tech as an employer cannot guarantee that expressed wish to change the project will be fulfilled, but all Leadership roles at Reiz will do their best to fulfill this desire.
