Gabija's passion for organizing and managing tasks started when she graduated from university and began her job search. The Project Coordinator position caught her eye because it allowed her to work in various fields while utilizing her skills to keep everything in her hands. She was excited about the opportunity to challenge herself and expand her knowledge in the IT field.

According to Gabija, “communication skills are essential for any Project Coordinator as they are constantly interacting with different stakeholders, including clients, managers, and team members. In addition, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are must-haves for this role as they are responsible for keeping track of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously." Gabija believes that a Project Coordinator should be able to keep track of everything and not get overwhelmed.

Challenges are a natural part of any job, and Gabija shares her experience on how she handles them. Common challenges in the life of a Project Coordinator are usually related to key skills, such as a lack of communication leading to some problems in projects or teams. Constant changes in project scope or deadlines can also be difficult to manage. However, she advises “staying calm, managing stress effectively, and finding the best solutions to any obstacles that arise.”
