 Recruitment process - underrated but important factor of employee’s journey into the organization. Homework tasks were and still are a thing. Facts – no IT professionals want to do it; no organizations want to provide them unless they must? Why don’t candidates want to do it?

Workload, many approaches for new jobs, exciting ones – startups, abroad remote opportunities, potential offers coming in. Work-life balance – who wants to spend extra time on a task that might not pay off. On the other hand, companies provide the homework tasks because they want to identify top talents, set them apart from other candidates, give an opportunity to convey their skills and abilities. Keep in mind – an organization involving homework task in their process are also dealing with lengthening the process and drop-down rate.
