The word “ethics” is connected fundamentally with questions of right conduct within humanity. "Ethics” comes from the Greek “ethos” meaning “character” which designates a concern for moral people, dependable character, and proper demeanor. Ethics is best perceived as something we “do,” a form of ongoing analysis into applied efforts.
We can think of ethics as the philosophies that pilot our behavior to make the best choices that contribute to the mutual benefit of all. Ethics is to tell the truth, keep our pledges or help someone in need. Ethics and our Responsibility
“To know, follow, act accordingly, and spread the message about our ethical principles.” As mentioned by Monika Kvietkienė, our Key Account Manager that she accentuated duties and obligations which relate to all Reizers concerning the guidebook. As such, all research involving Reizers will be reviewed by the Ethics Committee to ensure that the proper ethical standards are upheld. Ethical principles of goodwill, justice, and autonomy are at the heart of the ethical review. Monika summarized that you need to "think about how it works in your work environment, review situations how you could behave according to ethical principles. In sensitive situations first think before acting."
Ethics and our responsibility can be practiced in big or small ways each day. You are not only contributing to the common good, but you also engage with society in meaningful ways, build morale among employees, and create positive regard for Reiz Tech.

Ethics weigh our decisions and our actions, from our personal lives to our careers. We are all part of an intersected universal group. Ethics Committee and the Reizers’ Expectations
The Ethics Committee is in support of the employees and gives some advice they need to act according to Reiz Tech’s ethical principles. Appointed as an Ethic Committee, Monika S., Head of Operations believed that the committee must act as a resource, supplying the information, tools, and strategies to aid employees in making ethical business decisions and she added that “Becoming part of the Reiz community means you are expected to take leadership of your actions, steer your career path, and treat autonomy and freedom given at Reiz Tech to create, as a great responsibility. So, if you have joined the project and you are missing training, information, tools, or anything that would help you to boost your performance, all you must do is speak up and raise questions. If you are part of a project where you believe an already prepared solution could be done in a better way everyone is expected to contribute, leadership is not within the assigned role description, but within your actions and attitude towards your goals and results. Leadership might not necessarily be in your job description – leadership is a lifestyle.”
Feedback Culture and its Role in Ethics
Ethics Committee, Reizers, and its speakers and listeners can supply quality feedback to others. Feedback-friendly cultures tend to enrich transparency and create a norm of behavior where individuals feel free to speak out. More outstandingly, employees in pro-feedback environments are far more prospective to raise a red flag when they see unethical behavior. As explained by Monika S., Head of Operations, “Feedback is a vital part of our culture as this is the best way, we can genuinely help each other grow. Remember that by supplying feedback a colleague is genuinely willing to help improve the situation and not criticize the person. Feedback should be shared despite the role in the organization if we can do better as professionals, colleagues, projects, and organizations – share feedback if you genuinely saw the point of improvement. Reizers are expected to ask for feedback and ask for it often as part of their professional development. Just as important it is to accept the provided feedback, by listening attentively, appreciating a colleague dedicating time and energy to help you improve.”
Learning Culture and Knowledge Sharing impact Reizers
Learning Culture and Knowledge Sharing are distinguished as critical factors in the rising employee, team, and organizational output and creativity. “Learning Culture and Knowledge Sharing is a principle that can be sensed in all “corners” of our everyday life at Reiz. We expect that each Reizer will be curious, and will continuously look for, share, and apply new skills. Set your development goals and follow through by dedicating time and energy to learning activities. Share the knowledge gained with your colleagues and share the best knowledge sources. Learning and Knowledge sharing can happen through traditional Reiz ways such as Community of Practice, Academies, Boot Camps, Knowledge sharing sessions also through simply joining various projects and simply being adventurous to join interesting challenging projects” as explained by Monika S., Head of Operations that if people begin sharing ideas about issues and ethics they see as essential, the sharing itself crafts a learning culture.
Diversity and Inclusivity and it is a part of the Ethics Guidebook
Diversity and inclusion are core components of Reiz’s ethical framework. Reiz Tech cares and continually focuses on policies, initiatives, and training to improve its diversity practices. “At Reiz Tech, we have colleagues from 20 different countries. Therefore, we must educate ourselves about diverse cultures and social groups. That we are respectful towards diverse cultures, skin, races, gender, sexual preferences, ethnicity, experiences, and different controversial ideas. The best solution and ideas often come from challenging conversations; we can always come better on the other side.” Monika S., Head of Operations added, “It is expected that each Reizer will be familiar with our process, and if any process is unclear simply reaches out to colleagues of yours to clarify the process. Each Reizer is responsible for the process and policies and to follow the updates and changes during the Reiz Stand-up and communication changes. We are creating the community therefore every Reizer can contribute to changes in the processes and improvement – You can be the change! We are constantly changing therefore dynamics, change, and growth is part of our DNA.”
