Common Sense is Not So Common

"Today it's important to be present, be relevant, and add value." – Nick Besbeas

Crushing the Norm: Reiz Tech’s Marketing Team enables the internal sharing of knowledge for a better understanding of Marketing Culture. Marketing is one of the most significant contributing factors in the current world of Information Technology and continuous growth. The marketing Team and its managers serve as the bridge between a company and its audience. Reiz Tech’s Marketing Team believes in planning and accomplishing marketing strategies such as classifying a target audience for Reiz Tech’s products or services and opportunities and figuring out how to reach them. They also cultivate plans to amplify Reiz Tech’s profits, monitor trends in the industry, and engage with targets to figure out how to continue to promote our brand voice and engage our loyal following.

But, In Reiz Tech – we want to do something for our people and internal stakeholders. We conduct knowledge sharing during our stand-up talks on a weekly basis. Stand-ups are team meetings on a weekly basis to present a status update to all our people. We believe it’s important in the workplace to make Reizers know about Marketing’s undertakings, our brand, and how the world perceives our company. This also boosts the collective aptitude of our workforce to recognize clients, partners, and talents’ circumstances, perceptions, and expectations, so the business can make service-centric decisions.

Common Sense Is Not So Common is conducted by the Marketing Team namely, Business Branding Manager - Agnė Jaraminaitė and the Employer Branding Manager - Anthony Shieh Villanueva, and both converses on building our strong brand and how the Marketing Team equilibriums the reality of our world with the overwhelming nature of being a marketer today. This talk will help Reizers to see how it is to create and integrate brand strategy and market position.

So, what works in marketing? Getting the marketing basics right. Lots of well-meant small and medium-sized business marketers do countless shiny work, with poor basic messages, and poor results. Basic marketing success canons do reveal themselves over time. And while they seem like common sense once you know them, they are not highlighted enough. The marketing team aims always to get the basics right on brand promise and message. They make the basic messages strong and repeat them universally. So, in common sense is not so common - Marketing’s job is never done. It’s about continual motion and sharing the thought that Marketing Team continues to transform every day.

Marketing Innovation Is A Group Effort.

That's what we always do in the marketing team. As with many things, we are blessed we live in the 21st century. For many enterprises, the low-lying fruit has already been hand-picked. This means that marketing innovations are becoming more intricate and demanding to customize. Marketing Innovation is about risk - being innovative is about taking risks and managing that risks well.

Marketing Team discussed these agendas:

Week 1 (09-26): What is social media for a company? Why communicate via social media? Why should employees interact with companies' social media?

This week, we tackled Social Media Interaction. Publicly responsible companies foster positive brand recognition, upsurge audiences’ loyalty, and entice top-tier employees. These fundamentals are among the recipes for amplified profitability and enduring financial success. That's our culture! That's why social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn are important to Reiz. Social media bids great opportunities for business growth, deals, and constructing audiences’ loyalty across platforms. This is because quality work helps build a strong company brand and culture that emphasizes respect, allegiance, and trust. We share with the world, to the eyes of audiences the value we capitalize towards our people and in return, how our people bring Reiz to success!

Week 2 (10-03): A Day in our life handling Business Branding

Week 3 (10-10): A Day in our life handling Employer Branding

Both Weeks 2 and 3 tackled Agne and Anthony’s Days as Marketing Branding Managers. An employer brand and a business brand differ principally in terms of the value proposition they produce. Employer branding showcases its brand through the job opportunities, culture, and work environment it offers to the employees and future candidates, and how the community thinks of our brand and its reception while Business Branding focuses on the products and services Reiz brings to market. But both must work together to accomplish Marketing success. Marketing is not only Branding succession goals but also upholding Teamwork and out-of-this-world energy.

Week 4 (10-17): Why are employees afraid/stereotyped to share their good working practices on social media? Tips for sharing your achievements.

This week tackled Good Practices in social media. It will take a little effort, but the solution is a good dose of humility and objectivity. Ask yourself why someone outside the target market might be interested in your content. We use that insight to provide a framework or context for employees to social share.

In the coming weeks, Marketing Team will be tackling Feedback Culture: How Does It Affect you, good practices/experiences with clients to Marketing Team, share to Marketing your team building photos and videos, Storytelling culture, and what are the advantages of Reiz Tech and Create an interesting newsletter.

So, marketing is not an easy job, yet it's the best job.

Conclusion

Marketing is a precipitously embryonic field, so it helps to be sure that your partners in content marketing know what they’re doing just like Agne and Anthony. They always have the confidence and trust of working with each other and with well-trained teams that are persistently striving for improvement.
