Sometimes, our behavior can cause harm to our surroundings (people, environment, company). It might happen on purpose or unknowingly/negligently. Harm can range from personality clashes and misunderstandings to organizational directions.
Examples of harm include:
Physical, sexual, or mental injury including all types of harassment;
Destruction/damage to company property;
Damage to reputation, including any types of bribes outside and inside Reiz Tech, defamation, gossiping, false statements which are maliciously or recklessly made towards an employee, "pain and suffering" damages, etc.
Unjustified action against company interests and values;
Abuse of power (on management level, project, role, knowledge, personality level) - misuse of a position of power to take unjust advantage of employees and leaders.
To avoid harm, keep in mind to behave consciously and responsibly.
