Inga Žilinskienė: A Journey of Growth and Learning
Inga Žilinskienė, an Agile Lithuania Association volunteer since 2021, exemplifies the passion for personal and professional development that this event fosters. Last year she was moderating one of the tracks both Online and Onsite. This year she decided to took a more serious responsibility to attract and coordinate all moderators and volunteers’ activities.
For her, Agile Lietuva 2023 was an opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. She emphasized that being part of this event meant being part of a supportive and encouraging team that offers help and encouragement when needed. It's not just about sharing knowledge but also about nurturing the desire and ambition to excel. Inga's story underscores the importance of events like Agile Tour Vilnius in fostering a spirit of continuous improvement.
Milda Žukauskienė: A Gateway to Personal and Professional Enrichment
Milda Žukauskienė's experience at Agile Lietuva 2023 reflects the event's essence in the eyes of an attendee. She expressed her quest for new ideas, perspectives, knowledge, and experiences, all of which she found at the conference. Attending lectures and workshops, both in-person and online, allowed her to discover fresh inspirations, new connections to follow, and new books to read.
When asked, why is it important to be a part of events like this, Milda answered: “I think it is important to participate not even for yourself but also for representation of Reiz Tech. It is amazing just find new interest fields and to understand that you can always have the paths to improve”.

Jolita Dunauskienė: A Confluence of Agile Expertise
Jolita Dunauskienė's experience as a volunteer sheds light on the behind-the-scenes efforts required to make Agile Lietuva 2023 a success. As a volunteer, Jolita played a pivotal role in moderating speaker tracks and Q&A sessions. Her duties extended to troubleshooting technical issues during the broadcast of the event, highlighting the dedication of volunteers in ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Beyond her volunteer responsibilities, Jolita noted the value of interacting with speakers and other Agile coaches. Furthermore, Jolita mentioned "The Agile Clinic," an opportunity offered at the event, which helped her develop solutions to her project problems, reinforcing the event's practical benefits.
